Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within the Netherlands We ship all domestic orders via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
